Setting the standard

Using 5083 & 5754 marine grade aluminium the entire pontoon structure together is welded . This method is superior to a bolted together structure as it provides better stiffness and prevents bi-metallic corrosion.
 

Each pontoon uses 2.5mm thick aluminum and is segmented in multiple "barrels" , each with its own breather port to allow for atmospheric equalization.

The engine transom plate is 6mm plate boxed.
