Filler Port is the black pipe with screw cap . Located on the deck in front of the motor.
There is a fuel breather port on the Starboard side near the console area.
There are stainless steel saddle brackets located each side of the boat . These are to attach FOAM Fenders or other suitable lightweight fenders
Please ensure the grey button is pushed to the OPEN position when inserting or removing the poles.
You may need to pull the pole downwards to remove the tension on the port to open the port.
By default the Black & Grey battery isolator switch is located in the rear bench (Starboard Side)
We recommend anti-fouling the bottom of the pontoons should your boat spend significant time in the water. Especially when mooring in Marinas or near other boats.
The paddle wheel speed (MFG Gauge) and the GPS will always differ due to a number of factors. Please rely on the GPS for a true indication.

The outer skin of the pontoons are 2-2.5mm 5754 (Marine Grade) aluminum.
The engine plates are 4mm-6mm 5083 (Marine Grade) aluminium.
It is important to use all available Bow & Stern Eyes on the pontoons to firmly secure the vessel to the trailer while transporting . Straps (4) should run vertically between eye and trailer.

Spitfire Pontoons provide the following 3-year limited warranty to the registered owner. The warranty covers use under normal conditions and applications.
3 YEAR STRUCTURAL LIMITED WARRANTY
Any structural defect in the Fibreglass , deck , pontoons and or any components manufactured by Spitfire Pontoons whether in material and or workmanship. The hull being the under section and the deck the top section, which are permanently attached together. This defect must be reported to an authorised Spitfire Pontoons dealer or the Spitfire Pontoons factory within a reasonable time and within the stipulated 3-year period. It is at the sole discretion of Spitfire Pontoons to determine whether said mentioned defect is covered as part of the 3-year structural warranty. A structural defect shall mean a defect that may either render the boat unsafe, under normal use for which it was designed, or which may not be acceptable standards that are consistent with the Spitfire Pontoons norm. It is at Spitfire Pontoons sole discretion, to a point, whom must do the repair of said defect.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty shall not apply to any product that has been damaged through accident, modified, salvaged, or declared a total loss through damage or negligence. The following exclusions are also not covered by the warranty.
OWNER OBLIGATIONS
All warranty claims must be initiated by the owner as soon as possible after a fault or defect is detected which may result in a warranty claim. Notice of intention to initiate a claim should include a description of the nature of the defect (with photos where possible), together with the boat serial number, date of purchase and dealer from where the boat was purchased. The authorized Spitfire Pontoons dealer, should the claim be initiated through the dealer, must notify the Spitfire Pontoons factory as soon as a claim is lodged by the customer. Spitfire Pontoons will give written consent as well as advice on the remedial action that should be taken. No remedial work is authorised without the written consent of the Spitfire Pontoons factory. Any unsatisfactory repair work that has been done by an authorized Spitfire Pontoons dealer should be brought to the attention of the Spitfire Pontoons factory within the shortest possible time of such repair work being carried out.
As with any purchase, the owner has a responsibility to take the necessary care and maintenance of his purchase, to ensure that they get the full benefit and pleasure from the purchase.
Foam decking warranty
What does the warranty cover ?
Foam decking is covered under warranty free of defects to both foam layers as well as the adhesive. Foam decking is covered under warranty for all manufacturing defects for 36 months.
What does the warranty not cover ?
Warranty is ceased with any damage caused to the foam decking and/ or any modification as explained.
This is not limited to:
DIY installations on to any surface with or without adhesion .
Any cutting any routering or cnc engraving .
Any discoloration or characteristic changes due to prolonged storage while not covered.
Light amplification of any sort within any environment.
Preventative maintenance and care normal wear and tear .
Excessive usage and/ or abuse beyond it’s normal intended purpose and range.
Chemical damage / stains.
DIY installations of foam decking are not covered under warranty
LIGHT AMPLICICATION
Light amplification is caused by reflection or refraction from a surface and or obstacle/ item. Examples include and are not limited to: reflective polished surfaces and gunnels, metal drains, rails and various items, stagnant items left within the surrounding area. Heat is built up as the reflection of these items act as a magnification glass or as an over exposing heat source. This exposes the foam decking to temperatures beyond its normal range of 70 degrees celsius.
Warranty is voided due to light amplification.
